Qualifications
Our Ideal Candidate Will HaveA minimum of 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services, or similar customer-facing roles, particularly with clients utilizing technology infrastructure, cloud, and data-related products.A passion for advocating on behalf of customers and the ability to act as an extension of the customer team within MongoDB.A strong interest in technology, with the ability to learn about MongoDB and database concepts post-hire, while possessing a foundational understanding of computing, cloud, and database principles.A technical background that enables effective communication between customers and technical teams, supported by a relevant degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience in roles such as technical support, implementation, software engineering, or Customer Success within a technology-based SaaS/infrastructure company.A high level of autonomy and ownership, responsible for managing your customer portfolio, making critical decisions to drive successful customer outcomes, and effectively collaborating with internal stakeholders.An entrepreneurial mindset that focuses on enhancing processes and practices to better support new customer segments, rather than merely following established methods.A strong passion for teamwork and collaboration, working closely with Sales, Professional Services, Technical Services, and the broader MongoDB organization in a high-growth environment.Preferably prior exposure or understanding of database, cloud, and infrastructure technologies, with a willingness to continuously deepen knowledge of MongoDB Atlas and the MongoDB modern data platform.

As a Senior Customer Success Manager at MongoDB, you will lead the charge in delivering exceptional value to our clients through a customer-centric approach and a keen interest in modern data and cloud technologies. We are seeking an individual who can navigate ambiguous situations with autonomy and proactivity, while consistently delivering optimal outcomes from the customer's perspective. In this role, you will serve as a key touchpoint for MongoDB end-users, utilizing your technical expertise and account management experience to engage with customers and coordinate collaboration among internal stakeholders, including Sales, Professional Services, and Solutions Architects.
This position is flexible for consideration as either a Customer Success Manager or Senior Customer Success Manager, and we are looking for someone who can commute to our Seoul office under our hybrid work policy.
