Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Efficiently resolve customer complaints via email or social media;Provide customers with the necessary information and support;Collaborate with colleagues and liaise with other departments when needed;Monitor negative reviews and support cases to identify and resolve issues;Propose and implement changes to enhance operational workflows.Requirements:2-3 years of relevant experience in Customer Support;Fluent in verbal and written English;Familiarity with Internet services and software technologies;Experience with Zendesk is a plus;Excellent organizational and time management skills;Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities;Ability to escalate issues appropriately;Quick adaptability to changing situations;Prompt response abilities and task prioritization skills;Desire for a long-term career.
