About the Role
We are in search of a Senior Data Analyst to spearhead analytics for our go-to-market (GTM) and service operations, concentrating primarily on the development of our “Customer 360” perspective. You will integrate data from marketing, sales, product, and service sectors to illustrate the customer and broker journey throughout their lifecycle, pinpointing areas for enhanced acquisition, onboarding, support, and retention.
In this role, you will collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to assess campaign effectiveness, streamline funnels, and uncover avenues for enhancing customer experience and lifetime value (LTV). By constructing detailed data models, dashboards, and journey analytics, you will provide leadership with an accurate performance overview of GTM and service efforts, guiding them in prioritizing actions that foster growth and retention.
