We are in search of a Senior Data Analyst to become an integral part of our team, working closely with a major global client's Customer Experience function. This role demands a hands-on, collaborative approach, ideal for someone who thrives on direct stakeholder interaction, adeptly navigates complex data landscapes, and translates business inquiries into precise, data-driven conclusions.
Role Overview
As a dedicated data ally to our business leaders, you will support ongoing data requests and engage in proactive analysis. This position sits at the nexus of data exploration, stakeholder interaction, and CX strategy, requiring robust technical proficiency alongside business acumen.
You will integrate multiple data sources, merging operational and feedback data to reveal trends, pinpoint gaps, and bolster decision-making processes.
This is a full-time, remote role aligned with US East Coast hours and observes a US holiday schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate directly with business stakeholders to comprehend their data requirements and convert them into structured analyses.
Develop and optimize advanced SQL queries to extract and manipulate extensive and complex datasets.
Merge customer feedback with operational data to discern trends in sentiment, behavior, and overall experience.
Create repeatable data processes and workflows to sustain ongoing CX initiatives.
