Qualifications
Responsibilities:Define and develop KPIs and metrics that accurately quantify the cost associated with every asset of the Starlink Ground Network, including gateway sites, points of presence, data centers, construction, fiber, power, land, and hardware.Conduct in-depth analyses of Starlink ground infrastructure data to identify trends and opportunities for cost improvements.Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations that summarize findings, provide actionable insights, and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies.Develop and maintain forecasting models to predict costs associated with the Starlink Ground Network.Assist in cost analysis for the launch of future markets.Refactor and scale data ingestion and delivery systems to support geographic expansion.Ensure the integrity and reliability of both internal and external data sources through collaboration with engineering teams and external processors.Work closely with software engineering and other cross-functional teams.Architect backend services, APIs, and workflows to integrate planning and operational processes.
