Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and construct scalable data extracts, integrations, transformations, and data models.Oversee the successful deployment and provisioning of data solutions across necessary environments.Create and implement data architectures and applications that ensure speed, quality, and operational efficiency.Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to gather and define requirements, translating them into technical designs.Develop a comprehensive understanding of enterprise datasets, build domain knowledge, and enhance data quality.Review requirements, identify gaps, and facilitate resolution with stakeholders.Identify and propose continuous improvement opportunities, ensuring integrations are automated, governed, and observable.Act as a vital team member in designing and deploying a comprehensive cloud data platform and pipeline.Collaborate with data scientists to design, build, and maintain reproducible machine-learning pipelines, encompassing feature engineering, model training, validation, deployment, and monitoring.Implement CI/CD methodologies for data and ML workflows, including model packaging, automated testing, environment management, and release automation.Establish and maintain production-grade ML infrastructure, such as feature stores, model registries, data versioning, and experiment tracking frameworks (e.g., MLflow).Ensure ML models adhere to best-practice governance, including automated model performance monitoring, drift detection, logging, observability, and alerting.Design scalable data pipelines optimized for ML workloads, such as batch, streaming, and real-time inference use cases.Establish MLOps standards, coding practices, and automation frameworks.
