Key Responsibilities:
Design, maintain, and validate data schemas to facilitate integration and federation between C2SET and external systems.
Develop and manage SQL and Python-based ETL pipelines for operational, simulation, and analytical data.
Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and performance across diverse and multi-tier data sources.
Identify and resolve data mismatches, malformed messages, schema drift, and integration challenges.
Collaborate with modeling and simulation engineers to analyze simulation results and assist in fine-tuning behavior and decision logic.
Design and implement data-driven experiments to assess model adjustments and their operational effects.
Create datasets, scripts, and tools to facilitate consistent validation and performance evaluations.
Assist Government analysts and integrators by providing timely and reliable data updates and analyses.
Optimize database performance for operational tasks.
Maintain comprehensive data documentation, metadata repositories, and governance artifacts.
Serve as a functional leader within the integrations team for data engineering and analytical initiatives.
