Your Challenge in the Team:
Transform data into actionable insights that guide strategic decisions for Product and Engineering, driving results and continuous improvement of RD Station's services.
Your Key Deliverables:
- Lead complex analytical projects, leveraging advanced business, product, and statistical knowledge.
- Assess the impact of Product initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic indicators.
- Act as a strategic partner to teams, generating hypotheses and identifying non-obvious opportunities.
- Manage high-level stakeholders, building trust-based relationships and influencing decisions based on data.
- Anticipate business demands, proposing analyses that support decisions proactively.
- Mentor other analysts, developing their technical and behavioral skills, enhancing the team's capacity.
- Deeply understand the company's strategy and translate it into data-driven recommendations.
Desired Profile:
- Experience in SaaS companies.
- Hands-on experience with digital products.
- Bachelor's degree in quantitative areas such as Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of BI concepts, including ETL, data manipulation, and visualization.
- Proficiency in analytical tools and statistical software.
