Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist in Marketing to collaborate closely with Harvey’s Marketing team and establish our data science function from the ground up. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a trusted analytical partner for Marketing, Go-To-Market (GTM), and Finance teams — determining how to measure marketing success, understanding the drivers of channel and campaign performance, and guiding investment strategies to accelerate growth. As one of the inaugural Marketing data science hires, you will develop essential Marketing metrics, scalable dashboards, and analytical frameworks that facilitate data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Engage deeply with the Marketing team as a trusted advisor, identifying performance improvement opportunities and driving growth initiatives.
Establish, monitor, and refine key metrics across marketing and business functions, creating scalable dashboards and reporting frameworks for data-driven decision-making.
Design, implement, and analyze models (such as multi-touch attribution, marketing mix modeling, and incrementality) to evaluate the performance and contribution of Marketing Channels and Campaigns.
Utilize statistical and machine learning techniques to model user behavior, forecast trends, and pinpoint opportunities for optimization.
