We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to play a pivotal role in our functional team. In this position, you will not only build models but also serve as a key influencer, transforming vague business challenges into actionable, end-to-end machine learning solutions. Your primary focus will be managing the entire data science lifecycle, delivering automated and enhanced decision-making that drives measurable business impact.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead Comprehensive Solutions: You will oversee significant modeling projects from the initial ambiguous question through to the deployed solution. This includes defining the business problem, creating rigorous experiments, and establishing evaluation criteria linked to business value.
- Develop the MLOps Infrastructure: You will create and maintain automated systems to ensure our models remain effective. This involves designing and implementing robust pipelines for model retraining, monitoring, and alerting, as well as establishing repeatable CI/CD processes to guarantee service reliability and performance.
- Enhance Team Performance: You will act as a catalyst for the team's success by actively mentoring and guiding team members in their professional development.
