As a Senior Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence and consistency in delivery activities across various Service Lines. You will oversee project quality, profitability, and compliance, while guiding teams towards continuous improvement in their practices.
Your key responsibilities include:
Implementing and enforcing quality, governance, and compliance standards across all projects within the Service Lines.
Driving project performance: monitoring margin, managing overruns/underruns, and optimizing individual utilization rates.
Consolidating project reporting, tracking key KPIs, and providing operational analysis to management.
Coordinating onshore and nearshore teams and ensuring effective governance of multi-project setups.
Continuously improving delivery processes to enhance project predictability, productivity, and quality.
Contributing to the enhancement of NPS client on projects by securing execution quality and client relationships.
Encouraging knowledge sharing and the adoption of delivery tools and methodologies.
Reviewing pre-sales proposals, pricing models, and risk assessments prior to client submission.
Intervening on critical projects to secure their delivery and implementing rapid corrective actions.
Supporting the development of delivery talent: skills enhancement, monitoring Project Managers certifications, and succession plans.
