Main Purpose
As a Senior Demand Generation Manager, you will play a critical role in building and scaling our demand generation engine in the US. This position is perfect for an experienced B2B marketer who is eager to make a significant impact and drive commercial accountability.
You will take concepts from ideation to execution, crafting strategies that lead to measurable revenue growth. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about growth, this is the opportunity for you!
*This position is based in Austin, TX (at The Domain), and requires onsite work five days a week, with the option to work from home on Thursdays.*

Demand Engine Construction
- Develop and implement a global Account-Based Marketing (ABM) framework, including account selection and HubSpot-based nurturing.
- Collaborate closely with Strategy and RevOps teams to ensure effective execution and establish scalable, repeatable processes.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads and LinkedIn, targeting both top and bottom of the funnel.
- Utilize direct mail and events by partnering with event managers to create integrated campaigns.
