This position offers a unique chance to establish demand generation from the ground up: you will craft the playbook, test strategies across multiple channels (events, email, ABM, ads, gifting, and more), and develop a robust system that propels us from Series A to the next phase. Your primary focus will be on AEO/SEO and paid initiatives, while also exploring partnerships, customer marketing, and product-led growth distribution.

Your Responsibilities
This is a fully autonomous individual contributor role. You will be responsible for the Inbound SQL metrics, managing top-tier agencies, building internal demand generation capabilities, and being accountable for marketing's contribution to the sales pipeline.
Lead Generation. Construct and execute Formance's inbound lead generation framework from scratch, creating replicable and scalable acquisition strategies tailored to our ideal customer profiles (ICPs).
Channel Management. Oversee and allocate ad budgets across key paid channels (LinkedIn, Google, Reddit, X), AEO/SEO, online events, and account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
Campaign Planning. Develop the campaign calendar, determine the optimal channel mix, and allocate budget effectively. Launch new channels as supported by data (X, Reddit, crypto-specific placements).
Agency Management. Manage partnerships with external providers for paid and AEO/SEO initiatives. Ensure accountability, assess performance, and drive results.
Innovation and Testing. Explore and test new channels, messaging strategies, and target personas to optimize our approach.
