About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Demand Generation Manager to join our marketing team to spearhead multi-channel, full-funnel initiatives in Europe and select strategic markets globally. We need someone adept at customizing demand generation strategies at the country level to effectively transition prospects from awareness to an open pipeline. In this role, you will be responsible for campaign strategy, execution, and optimization across our content syndication, event and media partnerships, collaborating closely with our digital team to enhance social, display, and search efforts.
Your Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic multi-channel plans tailored to the European market that facilitate the buyer’s journey from awareness to consideration and deal opening.
Establish a land-and-expand strategy to test market viability in EMEA, APAC, and LATAM regions.
Execute and oversee demand generation campaigns across multiple customer segments.
Drive continuous improvement through testing and performance optimization to meet click, conversion, deal, and ROAS targets.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product marketing, content marketing, web development, and the demand generation team to create effective ad creatives and landing pages that maximize impact.
Work directly with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to educate them on demand generation campaigns and establish a feedback loop that supports deal growth.
Your Qualifications
7+ years of experience in demand generation, marketing, or related fields.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
