Job Summary:
The Senior Demand Generation Specialist will be responsible for executing and optimizing integrated marketing programs through a blend of content marketing, email marketing, and both paid and organic digital campaigns. The aim is to enhance brand awareness and generate qualified leads. This role emphasizes the implementation of demand generation strategies, supporting account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives, and collaborating effectively with marketing and sales teams to achieve measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation of innovative content and campaigns, employing digital marketing strategies to attract qualified leads for the business.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales teams to achieve account targets, design integrated campaigns, and deliver programs that yield high-quality Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
- Contribute to the planning of multi-channel campaigns across paid search, social media, content marketing, and email, utilizing marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, RollWorks, other lead generation platforms) for optimal execution.
- Work in tandem with the marketing team to develop landing pages, advertisements, emails, and other digital assets that foster deeper engagement from prospects and customers, ensuring alignment with evolving messaging strategies.
- Assist in the execution of a content atomization strategy to convert complex content into digestible formats, enhancing client engagement across social media, paid media, and Precision's website.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to create various elements needed for campaigns, including imagery and content production for emails, landing pages, banners, and other creative materials.
- Manage the library of templates for email marketing, landing pages, and forms, ensuring adherence to email best practices and mobile responsiveness across all devices.
- Provide marketing analytics to track campaign performance, demonstrate ROI across channels, and identify areas for strategic adjustments to drive ongoing results and enhance growth strategies.
