Join Our Team
As a rapidly growing Series A startup, Ello is reshaping the way children learn and engage with technology. In this role, you will collaborate directly with Ello’s Co-founder & CTO, Catalin Voss, as part of a close-knit team of fewer than 10 engineers, learning designers, and product managers to innovate new products. You will be surrounded by top-tier engineers and will collaborate with leading experts in machine learning to bring models to production and create new product experiences. Our team values face-to-face collaboration and works primarily in our San Francisco office.
Role Overview
We are seeking a talented Senior Design Engineer, New Products who will take ownership of developing learning activities for Ello’s next-generation AI tutoring applications. You will serve as a bridge between product development and engineering, overseeing features from inception to playtesting. At times, you will function as your own product manager, while at other times you will work closely with our product team. As part of a small team, you will help bring Ello’s tutoring AI to life through agent control, character development, and interactive game features. Your attention to detail and passion for creating delightful user experiences will be key to your success.
