Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of professional design experience, ideally within an agency, public affairs firm, or an in-house creative department focused on strategic communications.Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint, with a strong ability to create visually engaging presentations that adhere to brand standards. Experience in template creation and integrating multimedia elements is advantageous.A robust portfolio that demonstrates a wide range of design work, showcasing skills in visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and layout.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) preferred.Experience with motion graphics and video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of conveying design concepts and rationale effectively to both creative and non-creative audiences.Demonstrated ability to provide mentorship and constructive feedback to junior designers, facilitating their development.
