Qualifications
What you will be responsible for:Collaborating within a high-performing team to deliver technical solutions to the federal government.Managing endpoint imaging, patching, and vulnerability remediation across enterprise environments.Supporting and operating enterprise endpoint management tools and platforms.Resolving Tier 3 endpoint issues in support of service desk and mission operations.Maintaining secure and compliant Windows and macOS client environments.Actively participating in Agile execution and continuous improvement initiatives.Effectively communicating technical issues, solutions, and risks to stakeholders.Building and maintaining high levels of customer trust and confidence through technical expertise and reliability.Applying creativity and sound engineering judgment to develop innovative solutions aligned with customer needs.What you need to succeed:Active Top Secret clearance with current or previously held SCI access.Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in an IT-related field is preferred; relevant experience may substitute for educational requirements.
