Qualifications
Essential Skills and ExperienceMinimum of 3 years of experience in a DevOps or Platform Engineer role (or Site Reliability Engineer) with hands-on Kubernetes operations in a production setting.Deep understanding of OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect principles relevant to modern IAM integrations and SSO flows.Proficiency in GitOps methodologies utilizing Argo CD for continuous delivery in Kubernetes environments.Experience with containerization technologies (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab) from code commit to production.Strong scripting skills in Python and Bash for automation and troubleshooting tasks.IAM, Keycloak & Troubleshooting ExpertiseSolid grasp of IAM fundamentals: authentication vs. authorization, identity lifecycle, provisioning flows, role/permission model design, and user/machine concepts.Hands-on experience with Keycloak/RHSSO, including realms, clients, roles, scopes, identity providers, and themes, along with troubleshooting authentication and authorization workflows end-to-end.Configuration-as-code approach for Keycloak: managing realms, clients, and roles through versioned configurations and promoting changes across different environments.Ability to diagnose and resolve platform issues such as CPU/memory pressure, pod health, and configuration errors, while contributing to incident response and service continuity.

Responsibilities as an IAM DevOps Engineer
Your key responsibility will be to develop and manage IAM capabilities based on Keycloak/RHSSO within Kubernetes, ensuring secure Single Sign-On (SSO) and machine-to-machine access for internal products. You will enhance team performance by standardizing deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting practices while continuously improving the IAM platform's reliability, security, and automation.
