Your Role
As a Senior DevOps Engineer at Capco, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing scalable, automated, and secure cloud platforms that drive the future of financial services. Collaborating within dynamic, cross-functional agile teams, you will champion the adoption of cutting-edge DevOps practices and continuous delivery frameworks, empowering our clients to transform their technological ecosystems.

Your Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy cloud-based infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines for both internal and cloud platforms.
- Enhance developer productivity by promoting self-service platform engineering.
- Automate and refine deployment processes through infrastructure-as-code methodologies.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to bolster performance, reliability, and security.
- Foster continuous improvement through innovative practices and experimentation.
- Mentor junior engineers while actively contributing to Capco’s expanding DevOps community.
What We Are Seeking
- Demonstrated experience in platform engineering best practices.
- Experience in enhancing developer productivity and platform engineering in large-scale data environments.
- Proficiency with public cloud services, preferably GCP.
- Strong expertise in containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Skilled in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Experience in scripting languages (Python, Groovy) to maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, CircleCI, or GoCD.
- Robust knowledge of monitoring, automation, and configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Helm).
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in financial services or consulting projects.
- Hands-on experience with test orchestration tools (Cucumber, Karate, Selenium).
- Familiarity with Kubernetes ecosystems.
