As the Senior Digital & Performance Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer acquisition, lead generation, and boosting revenue through innovative digital channels. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution, managing the planning, implementation, and optimization of paid media campaigns across key platforms including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and programmatic display.
In this capacity, you will serve as a performance leader, leveraging data analytics to enhance campaign results and ensure cost-effective customer acquisition. In a dynamic multi-brand franchise environment, you will also be responsible for budget allocation and will assist in both consumer marketing and franchise development initiatives by providing essential technical insights to consumer teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute comprehensive paid media strategies (Search, Display, Social, Video, Retargeting).
- Oversee campaign management and optimization across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor KPIs including CPL, ROAS, and CAC to drive continuous improvement and testing.
- Collaborate with brand teams to ensure alignment and operationalize brand content.
- Lead the setup of conversion tracking, attribution modeling, and A/B testing initiatives.
- Manage SEO and landing page performance to enhance quality scores and increase lead volume.
- Work closely with content, creative, and web teams to maintain campaign consistency.
- Develop reporting dashboards and communicate performance metrics to stakeholders.
