A completed degree in Business Administration, eCommerce, Digital Business, Marketing, Business Informatics, or a comparable field; alternatively, a commercial apprenticeship with several years of eCommerce experience.Relevant professional experience (at least 3 years) in eCommerce, digital sales, performance marketing, or online category management – ideally with revenue or campaign responsibility.Strong knowledge of eCommerce KPIs, sales analysis, and performance steering.Experience in content and campaign management (landing pages, promotions, thematic steering).Proficient use of CMS, web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and excellent Excel skills.Strong stakeholder management skills and enjoyment of cross-functional collaboration.Very good German language skills (C1 level).

Join the BIPA eCommerce team and play a key role in shaping our digital sales strategy.
You will enhance the strategic and operational eCommerce sales management, deriving assortment, revenue, and campaign measures accordingly.
Continuously analyze sales KPIs, bestsellers, category developments, and sales mix to identify optimization potentials throughout the entire customer journey.
Create and manage content for the BIPA online shop and the BIPA app, collaborating closely with sales, marketing, purchasing, and external partners on campaigns and sales initiatives.
Ensure the organizational management of the action & theme calendar, taking charge of reporting, data preparation, and quality checks.
Regularly monitor market and eCommerce trends to derive actions for performance optimization.
