Role Overview: Senior Director, Customer Solution Partner
In this critical leadership position, you will significantly contribute to Coupa's revenue growth and customer success. You will oversee the Americas region, managing a team of 6-10 Professional Services sales specialists. Collaborating closely with Account teams, you will drive Professional Services sales, working in tandem with Software sales as well as independently. Your role will involve partnering with Software Sales and Solution Delivery to clearly define Coupa’s service approach, methodology, and project scope, all while focusing on delivering tangible customer value from the outset.
