This pivotal role encompasses overseeing our portfolio, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving operational excellence across all engagements in the UK/EMEA. The Senior Director will focus on facilitating timely and budget-conscious project delivery, minimizing write-offs by empowering the team and removing obstacles. This position is primarily focused on leadership and coordination, rather than direct consulting work.
As a senior figure within our organization, the Senior Director will play a crucial role in business development, strategic offerings, and financial planning while effectively managing a team of Directors and Senior Managers with specialized technical and functional expertise. This role reports directly to the Managing Director and involves significant client engagement, offering flexibility to work from anywhere in the UK.
