Joining us as a Senior Director in AECOM Advisory’s UK business means engaging in business development, overseeing delivery engagements, and leading practice advancements within the defence sector. This seller-doer role encompasses:
- Engaging in industry dialogues and professional networks to identify and cultivate business development opportunities.
- Utilizing industry knowledge and commercial insight to strategically target and shape business development initiatives.
- Managing all facets of business development for engagements and broader campaigns, including client outreach, proposal generation, solution architecture, pricing strategy, internal risk assessment, and compliance.
- Leading and supervising multiple concurrent delivery teams across diverse models, tempos, and engagement scopes.
- Providing insights and oversight for client interactions regarding delivery progress, ensuring visibility with C-suite clients and senior stakeholders.
