Role Overview:
As the Senior Director of Mission Critical Support, you will play a vital role as an executive leader within our expansive Enterprise Support organization, reporting directly to the Vice President of Supportability, Escalations, Mission Critical, and Trust. You will oversee a global team focused on delivering exceptional service that empowers our top-tier customers to achieve their strategic goals. Your unwavering commitment will ensure that clients receive a distinguished, world-class support experience, maximizing the value of their Okta investment.
The ideal candidate is an experienced, business-oriented executive with a substantial history of leading mission-critical support teams, driving operational excellence, and acting as a strategic ally to the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy within a dynamic, high-growth enterprise software environment, preferably in the security domain. A combination of visionary leadership and meticulous operational rigor is essential. You will be instrumental in transitioning this business unit to operate as a Profit and Loss (P&L) entity, designing a superior service experience, and serving as an executive sponsor across complex, long-term initiatives and sales processes.
