Your responsibilities will encompass project management, Electronically Stored Information (ESI) intake and analysis, early case assessment, document production, and vendor liaison.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Oversee litigation support software and eDiscovery databases, including creation and maintenance, importing data, document scanning, and production.
- Manage the processing of electronically stored information for litigation cases.
- Assist in the preparation of trial documents and exhibits.
- Ensure proper tracking of incoming media and maintain custody records for media and data.
- Contribute to the development of internal processes and workflows.
- Availability for overtime, including nights and weekends as needed.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Collaborate with General Counsel, Attorneys, Law Clerks, and Legal Assistants.
- Troubleshoot technical issues within the eDiscovery platform.
- Stay informed on best practices and regulations in the discovery industry through training and networking.
- Build and maintain relationships with eDiscovery vendors.
- Demonstrate self-motivation and a strong desire to shape the department's future.
- Quickly learn new eDiscovery review platforms.
