Your Role
We are seeking a transformative leader for our global Education function, responsible for formulating and executing strategies for customer, partner, and internal technical enablement. This position is pivotal in making education a quantifiable business asset—enhancing customer time-to-value, boosting adoption, alleviating support burdens, and fostering long-term customer loyalty.
As a senior leader, you will oversee the performance and alignment of the Education division, translating corporate strategy into scalable educational programs and delivery frameworks. This role will collaborate closely with Customer Operations to ensure educational needs are distinctly articulated, prioritized, and adequately supported.
Your success in this position will hinge on your ability to lead cross-functional collaborations with Product, Professional Services, Technical Account Management, Solutions Engineering, Channel, Operations, and more, ensuring educational initiatives are in harmony with BeyondTrust’s customer and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the global Education strategy, ensuring alignment of customer, partner, and internal enablement programs with BeyondTrust’s business goals and adapting alongside product and go-to-market strategies.
- Lead and mentor senior Education leaders across Technical Education, Enablement, Instructors, and eLearning, establishing clear expectations for outcomes, accountability, and performance.
- Collaborate with Operations as a strategic partner, defining educational requirements for platforms, tools, processes, and services, ensuring they effectively support educational delivery and scalability.
- Position Education as a key business capability, ensuring training and enablement are acknowledged as significant contributors throughout the customer lifecycle, from onboarding to expansion and renewal.
- Measure and drive outcomes by establishing and analyzing qualitative and quantitative metrics, using data to inform decisions, predict impacts, and continuously enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration with Professional Services, Technical Account Management, Solutions Engineering, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with business strategies.
