Qualifications
Leadership & Discipline Ownership
Define and manage the vision for the Environments discipline in the US, ensuring alignment with Emota's global strategy and objectives.
Act as the senior authority and escalation point for all Environments projects in the US.
Collaborate closely with other US department heads to ensure integrated workflows and a collective approach to client engagement and growth.
Partner with fellow department heads to develop integrated solutions and shared resourcing strategies.
Promote innovation, staying abreast of the latest trends and best practices in experiential, spatial, physical, and hybrid environments.
Establish and maintain creative, strategic, and delivery standards across the Environments team.
New Business Growth
Collaborate with the Global Head to spearhead all US new business initiatives and identify growth opportunities.
Work with the Growth team to capitalize on US opportunities and execute agreed-upon growth strategies.
Lead the development of US pitch teams, ensuring the right capabilities and leadership are in place.
Be an integral member of the Core Pitch Team for significant US opportunities.
Facilitate the onboarding and initial leadership of new clients post-pitch, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to delivery.
Shape team structures and identify new hires necessary for supporting new business wins and future growth.
Lead recruitment efforts for new or replacement positions, in line with our growth strategy.

As the Senior Director of Exhibitions, you will provide strategic leadership, drive creative excellence, and oversee the commercial performance and expansion of Emota's Environments segment in the United States.
Your role will encompass leading the Environments discipline, which includes experiential, spatial, and environmental design. You will ensure the delivery of high-quality, commercially viable projects while fostering a collaborative and future-oriented team environment.
In your capacity as a senior leader in the US division, you will significantly contribute to new business development, client engagement, and financial oversight. Additionally, you will collaborate across regions, working alongside global counterparts to enhance Emota's offerings in the US market.
You will report directly to the Global Head of Environments.
