Overview: As the Senior Director of Total Rewards, you will spearhead the development, design, and implementation of comprehensive total rewards programs, encompassing compensation, benefits, recognition, incentives, and well-being initiatives across the enterprise. This role is pivotal in supporting both short- and long-term strategic business, operational, and talent objectives. You will collaborate closely with the broader HR team and business leaders to uncover strategic opportunities and create performance-oriented, market-competitive solutions. Additionally, you will lead initiatives that align with the Company's values, job architecture, compensation philosophy, and enhance the employee experience, while also contributing to corporate strategic initiatives including M&A activities.
