Role Overview
As the Senior Director of People Business Partners within our Go-to-Market (GTM) organization, you will act as the key strategic partner to GitLab's Chief Revenue Officer. You will lead a team of seasoned global PBPs who support GTM executive leadership. Reporting to the VP of People Business Partners, you will translate business priorities into talent strategies that facilitate the scaling of a high-performing, values-driven revenue organization in a fully remote, asynchronous environment. Your responsibilities will include shaping and executing GTM-wide initiatives in organizational design, leadership development, and performance management while enhancing collaboration with GTM Recruiting, Sales Operations, Total Rewards, and Enablement.
