What will you do?
As a Senior Technician, you will be the technical and operational cornerstone of the workshop. You are capable of performing all the essential tasks of a technician and more. Your responsibilities include:
- Independently executing all technical tasks, including complex diagnostics and repairs.
- Managing and monitoring administrative processes.
- Working with various portals, warranty processes, and return handling.
- Mentoring and training interns and junior technicians towards a junior level.
- Serving as a key contact for all workshop colleagues.
- Coordinating with other departments (e.g., customer service, logistics, planning).
- Taking responsibility for the entire workshop, including:
- Order and cleanliness.
- Planning and task distribution.
- Returns and parts flows.
- Quality control.
- Contributing to improvements in processes and service quality.
In summary, you ensure that the work is accurate, efficient, and complete — both technically and operationally.
