Summary:
The Senior eDiscovery Project Manager is responsible for steering the execution of litigation support initiatives, ensuring the highest standards of quality and adherence to deadlines. This role necessitates the cultivation of strong, collaborative relationships with clients, understanding their unique technical requirements, and providing insightful recommendations on best practices. Proactively identifies potential challenges within projects and implements solutions swiftly to maintain progress.
As part of the TLS global information security management team, you will play a key role in overseeing risk management related to the Australian information security management system (ISMS) in accordance with ISO27001 standards. Your responsibilities include ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures, maintaining their relevance against current risks, and introducing new protocols as dictated by business needs. Additionally, you will act as the primary liaison regarding TLS Australia’s security posture and incident management, as well as serving as the subject matter expert on security components for client projects.
Position Responsibilities:
Lead and manage litigation support projects from inception to completion
Oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with client specifications
Monitor delivery timelines and enforce quality assurance measures, adapting to changes in project scope as necessary
Engage with clients regularly, offering proactive solutions to enhance their workflows throughout the project lifecycle
Provide support for client inquiries regarding web hosting software and perform administrative functions to fulfill client needs
Track multiple projects to guarantee all deadlines are met
Utilize Relativity and LAW for document production, including tasks such as bates stamping and conducting OCR
Create custom event handlers and scripts in Relativity to optimize workflows
Collaborate closely with production teams to allocate resources effectively based on client priorities
Act as the main point of contact between production teams and clients during all phases of a project
Employ strong analytical skills to explore potential solutions and determine optimal actions
Ensure all tasks meet client and industry standards while adhering to specified job criteria and deadlines
Participate in client meetings alongside sales teams to facilitate deal closures
Handle additional special projects or responsibilities as required
