Key Responsibilities:
- Document production in the Agency's eDiscovery Tracking System.
- Summarize lengthy cover letters and provide concise descriptions of productions.
- Contact producing parties for passwords if media received is encrypted.
- Assess cover letters for substantive information suitable for loading into Relativity.
- Perform virus scans on productions using multiple antivirus tools.
- Follow protocols to address any detected issues or reject compromised productions.
- Transfer virus-free productions to the Agency's network.
- Adhere to protocols for handling various document types, including whistleblower documents, RFPA, MOUs, international documents, BSA documents, audio files, transcripts, laptops, and paper.
- Analyze productions to determine required processing and appropriate protocols.
- Ensure completeness of the data and communicate any issues regarding incomplete data to the assigned Litigation Support Specialist.
- Monitor incoming productions via email and the Agency's FTP site.
- Scan and OCR small amounts of paper documents for loading into Relativity and coordinate off-site scanning for large productions.
