- Collaborate closely with the lead product planning and development teams, as well as international production plants and cross-functional teams, to uphold quality standards during the New Product Introduction (NPI) process at Bosch's International Production Network.
- Take responsibility for ensuring series production readiness for new product launches.
- Engage in project meetings with cross-functional teams to maintain quality standards throughout the industrialization phase.
- Manage customer claims, including 0 km and field failures, leading analysis and providing comprehensive 8D reports to customers.
- Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries regarding claim handling.
- Review and approve Engineering Change Requests (ECR).
- Lead and participate in Q-Task forces alongside customers, suppliers, and internal teams to conduct root cause analysis of complex ECU failures.
- Participate in quality gate reviews to ensure adherence to standards prior to product launch into series production.
- Evaluate risks associated with NPI activities and implement appropriate actions to mitigate them.
- Contribute to the P-FMEA and D-FMEA processes.
- Conduct relocation audits, line release audits, and process release audits.
- Collaborate with global teams to derive solutions that meet evolving customer needs.
- Initiate and coordinate investigations involving internal stakeholders such as ECU manufacturing plants and development teams.
- Ensure the new product launches occur without any quality deviations and in alignment with project milestones.
- Meet deadlines for claims handling.
