Your New Role
In this position, you will take on the following responsibilities:
- Independently lead projects as a Project Manager or Sub-Project Manager (m/w/d)
- Object planning for pedestrian and cycle path bridges of all types
- Long-span bridges, such as cable-stayed bridges, suspension bridges, network arch bridges
- Lightweight bridges
- Lead competitions with architects (m/w/d)
- Share your experience by mentoring junior colleagues (m/w/d)
- Manage and support acquisition projects
Your New Team
You will be part of the Bridges & Structures department, headquartered in Hamburg, with additional offices in Berlin, Düsseldorf, and Munich. At Ramboll, we value interdisciplinary collaboration and aim to provide all services from a single source, which means you will work closely with colleagues from architecture, geotechnics, environmental planning, landscape architecture, lighting design, construction logistics, and more.

About You
- In addition to a successfully completed degree in civil engineering with a focus on structural engineering (M.Eng., M.Sc., Dipl.-Ing., Dr.-Ing.), you have extensive relevant professional experience
- Experience or interest in successfully handling competitions would be advantageous
- You have a confident and competent demeanor and excel in communication and teamwork
- Very good German and English language skills complete your profile
