Our Technical Customer Support team serves as the crucial link for our clients, revolutionizing the standard of technical assistance. This dynamic department tackles direct client interactions, ensuring a positive experience while providing vital insights to our development and testing teams.
We are currently seeking a Public Cloud Data Protection Engineer.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver technical support and expert troubleshooting for Veeam Software’s clients (B2B) through telephone, email, and web conferencing.
- Act as a technical liaison, fostering relationships with IT professionals.
- Investigate and resolve customer issues and inquiries efficiently.
- Manage and update assigned cases promptly.
- Contribute to the enhancement of Veeam’s knowledge base through documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions within our CRM tool, ensuring adherence to SLAs.
- Stay informed about the latest technologies related to Veeam’s products and the associated technologies proactively.
