Your Role: Senior Engineer, Workday ATS
As a vital member of our Enterprise Engineering team, the Workday Recruiting/Talent Acquisition Engineer will set the standard for technical excellence and innovation on our Talent Acquisition platform. You will drive strategies in configuration, automation, integration optimization, and validation at scale. With a robust understanding of Workday Recruiting and ATS functionalities coupled with your engineering expertise, you will apply technical rigor to the configuration, data management, and testing of our enterprise-level recruiting system within a dynamic, high-volume hiring environment.
Your responsibilities will encompass Workday Recruiting, Advanced Recruiting, Candidate Experience (Career Site), ATS Tech Stack (HiredScore, Paradox, iCIMS integration), Talent Acquisition processes, Onboarding, and recruiting analytics/reporting. You will design and implement scalable automated solutions while overseeing the quality lifecycle within our Workday Recruiting ecosystem, ensuring compliance, data integrity, exceptional candidate experience, and recruitment efficiency for our growing organization.
For Massachusetts Only - The estimated annual salary for this position is between $132,600 - $191,250. Compensation packages are tailored based on individual candidate factors such as skill set, certifications, and geographical location. This role offers eligibility for health insurance, equity awards, life insurance, disability benefits, parental leave, wellness benefits, and paid time off.
