Position Overview
In the Enterprise Engineering team, the Workday Recruiting/Talent Acquisition Engineer will set the standard for technical excellence and innovation within our Talent Acquisition platform. You will lead configuration strategies, automation, integration optimization, and continuous validation at scale. Your extensive expertise in Workday Recruiting and ATS, combined with robust engineering skills, will ensure the successful setup, data management, and testing of an enterprise-level recruiting system within a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.
Your scope of work encompasses Workday Recruiting, Advanced Recruiting, Candidate Experience (Career Site), ATS Tech Stack (HiredScore, Paradox, iCIMS integration), Talent Acquisition processes, Onboarding, and recruitment analytics/reporting. You will develop scalable automated solutions and oversee quality management within our Workday Recruiting ecosystem, ensuring compliance, data integrity, exceptional candidate experiences, and recruitment efficiency for our fast-expanding company.
For California Only - The estimated annual salary for this position ranges from $132,600 to $191,250. Compensation packages are tailored based on unique candidate factors, including skills, certifications, and specific geographical location. This role is eligible for health insurance, equity awards, life insurance, disability benefits, parental leave, wellness benefits, and paid time off.
