We are seeking an empathetic and technically skilled Senior Engineering Manager to spearhead a new team within our Adoption Group. This team will focus on ensuring new users effectively discover and harness the full potential of our collaborative software during their initial interactions with Asana. You will lead rapid development efforts, creating innovative product experiences that simplify user exploration, comprehension, and long-term engagement.
In this role, you will collaborate with Product, Design, Data Science, and Marketing teams to refine user experiences, build prototypes swiftly, and develop scalable systems that minimize friction while highlighting key moments of realization for new users. Your leadership will guide engineers in balancing speed with craftsmanship, resulting in both engaging new user pathways and dependable growth infrastructure.
This position is based in our Warsaw office, following a hybrid work model with standard in-office days on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most employees have the flexibility to work from home on Wednesdays, while Fridays may vary based on job responsibilities. Specific in-office requirements can be discussed with your recruiter.
