The Role: We are seeking a Senior Engineering Talent Partner to enhance tem's recruitment capacity across our technical teams and facilitate rapid, precise scaling. You will be at the core of our Recruitment team, managing the end-to-end engineering hiring process and collaborating closely with technical leaders to secure high-quality talent swiftly. This position is ideally suited for an individual who thrives in dynamic environments and is adept at bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to engineering recruitment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the complete hiring cycle for engineering roles, collaborating with hiring managers to define, source, evaluate, and finalize top technical talent.
- Ensure a swift and clear hiring process, facilitating efficient transitions from job brief to offer.
