About the job
As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive at ServiceNow, you will drive new business sales revenue through our SaaS license model. Your success will stem from meticulous account planning, territory strategizing, and thorough research of prospective customers. You will employ innovative business development strategies and engage in field-based sales activities targeting a specific set of prospects within your defined territory or vertical.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture relationships with multiple C-suite executives (e.g., CFO, CIO, COO, CDO) across all product sales.
- Lead the account strategy while coordinating with a diverse virtual team including Solutions Consultants, Specialists, Success resources, Partners, and Marketing.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their business needs and guiding them on how ServiceNow can enhance their IT roadmap.
- Identify and engage the right specialist/support resources at the optimal time during the sales cycle.
