Position Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Enterprise Account Manager to cultivate and strengthen relationships with prominent players in the life sciences sector, including pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and medical devices. As the principal liaison for our clients, you will deliver exceptional service and strategic insights to maximize the benefits of RxVantage's expanding array of services and capabilities. The ideal candidate excels at forging robust partnerships and has a proven track record in enhancing client relationships through cross-selling and up-selling. This pivotal role is integral to our Enterprise client services and sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary communications link between established Enterprise clients and internal teams.
- Discover and implement new growth opportunities with clients, ensuring alignment with revenue targets.
- Develop external stakeholder networks and foster relationships to promote client business expansion.
- Facilitate successful and consistent contract renewals by demonstrating ongoing value to Enterprise clients.
- Remain informed about the latest developments in the client’s portfolio and business challenges, leading strategic planning for accounts.
- Support the Enterprise sales team in business development initiatives aimed at prospective clients.
- Collaborate closely with RxVantage’s implementation and operations teams to guarantee timely and effective client onboarding.
- Engage with product teams to convert client feedback into actionable product insights.
- Prepare the team for every client interaction and proactively seek opportunities to advance relationships.
