As part of the capacity expansion for factory and equipment, you will plan, install, and manage Wet Chemistry systems, ensuring they are operational and meet productivity standards. You will perform EQ card testing, oversee equipment hookup, coordinate hardware startups with service partners, and focus on hardware release while independently conducting maintenance activities and training maintenance technicians.
In your role as Senior Equipment Engineer for Wet Chemistry (m/f/d), you will ensure high machine availability and plant stability using SPC and FDC methods. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a preventative maintenance strategy with service partners, cyclically applied in your area.
You will oversee the training of technician colleagues in your field based on onboarding plans and skill passports.
Your responsibilities will also include creating and updating safety instruction documents for Wet Chemistry systems and conducting training for new employees in this regard.
You will refresh machine risk assessments for your equipment group concerning current hazards.
For maintenance implementation, you will create PM (preventive maintenance) instructions and CM (corrective maintenance) regulations, publishing handling instructions in Docupedia alongside the relevant checklists, usage meters, and work templates in Platform Xsite.
You will plan spare parts inventory and storage requirements for your equipment in coordination with the logistics department and develop proposals for cost reduction in spare parts consumption.
In collaboration with your team, you will design, specify, and implement individual ramp-up topics as well as performance metrics measures in the equipment and its environment.
You will ensure aspects such as cost-effectiveness, quality, reliability, and innovation.
Additionally, you will perform analyses and correlations of key metrics, assist in defining countermeasures, and present results to decision-makers and clients.
