Mission
This role is essential in supporting a key Engineering leader, collaborating to operationalize their strategic vision. You will engage with multiple departments, including Sales, Marketing, IT, and Product, while organizing strategic and community events for the team.

- Prepare the Engineering leader for all meetings with a well-organized and proactive calendar.
- Prioritize and schedule meetings efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Respond promptly to all stakeholder requests.
- Enhance the Engineering leader's productivity, contributing to a more efficient team and company.
- Effectively execute strategic initiatives, achieving defined outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Manage calendars by organizing all meetings, including team meetings, customer interactions, and internal business partner meetings across international time zones.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all meeting requests, ensuring timely closure of requests and adherence to strict SLA guidelines.
- Oversee offsite meetings, events, and programs in support of the SVP and their team.
- Ensure all meeting invitations contain the necessary details for effective collaboration.
- Provide support to other executive staff members during absences due to PTO, illness, maternity leave, or other gaps in coverage.
