About the Role:
- The Senior Executive/Assistant Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and executing sourcing strategies, contacting, screening, and facilitating the placement of qualified candidates based on business needs. This role requires building strong partnerships with hiring managers across various business lines.
- This position reports to the Lead - Talent Acquisition and involves collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders throughout India.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify recruitment needs and devise strategies tailored to role dynamics and turnaround times, overseeing the complete recruitment cycle.
- Work closely with hiring managers to define job specifications and evaluate candidates against established criteria.
- Manage high-volume hiring for frontline sales and service roles, adhering to defined turnaround times and monthly targets.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates through various channels including referrals, job portals, headhunting, and databases.
- Negotiate salaries and manage the job offer process.
- Maintain recruitment metrics and reports for management evaluation.
- Develop and manage a talent pipeline to ensure a positive candidate experience aligned with the employer brand.
- Utilize tools such as ATS and HRMS to manage company career and referral portals.
- Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding, data management, and reporting.
- Assist with technician recruitment, onboarding, and related reporting updates.
- Address ad hoc recruitment tasks as required by the business.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Timely closure of various positions as per defined turnaround times.
- Analysis of recruitment costs for assigned portfolio.
- Monthly position closure reports.
- Accurate and timely documentation of candidate information.
- Regular updates and error-free reporting.
- Awareness of referral schemes.
