In this role, you will oversee financial operations, ensure compliance, and facilitate both internal and external reporting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger maintenance.
- Generate and oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Coordinate financial audits and serve as a liaison with external auditors.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and maintain accurate bookkeeping practices.
- Monitor budgets, track spending, and assist with financial forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, accounting standards, and internal controls.
- Effectively communicate with vendors, accountants, auditors, and company leadership.
- Safeguard confidential financial information with integrity.
