Qualifications
Responsibilities:Prepare monthly consolidated management accounts, including IFRS Balance Sheets and Profit & Loss statements, review journal entries, manage accruals, and conduct multi-currency consolidations and eliminations.Conduct management reporting, delivering monthly variance analyses against budget and prior year, collaborating with FP&A on key performance indicators.Oversee foreign exchange and intercompany transactions, managing settlements and analyzing translation impacts.Prepare year-end consolidated financial statements, review IFRS disclosures, and produce local GAAP statutory packs.Communicate with auditors and manage the audit requests process until completion.Enhance processes and systems by driving a fast close, automating Excel models, and documenting standard operating procedures.Qualifications:3-5 years of experience in financial reporting, consolidation, or audit with a solid foundation in IFRS.Hands-on experience with multi-entity and multi-currency environments.Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
