Qualifications:- A paralegal certificate, a JD, or enrollment in an ABA-accredited law school with at least one year of study completed.- Minimum of one year of litigation paralegal experience; trial experience is highly advantageous.- Proficiency in Nuix Investigate, Relativity, and/or other eDiscovery tools is strongly preferred.- Experience in processing Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests.- In-depth understanding of FOIA regulations and ability to apply exemptions.- Solid legal knowledge, including familiarity with legal citations for motion and memorandum checking, along with experience using legal research tools such as LEXIS and Westlaw.- Strong written and verbal communication skills, and adeptness with various computer applications, including word processing and document management systems.
