Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Management:
- Guide and develop a diverse team of food and beverage professionals, promoting a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Formulate and execute operational strategies that elevate service quality and guest satisfaction.
- Operational Oversight:
- Supervise all facets of food and beverage operations, including menu design, budgeting, and inventory management.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations alongside company policies and procedures.
- Quality Assurance:
- Uphold exceptional standards in food quality, presentation, and service, guaranteeing a consistent and enjoyable dining experience.
- Conduct regular assessments and audits of food service operations to pinpoint areas for enhancement.
- Budgeting & Financial Management:
- Develop and oversee the annual food and beverage budget, ensuring cost-efficiency while upholding quality standards.
- Review financial reports and key performance indicators to enhance profitability and operational effectiveness.
- Guest Engagement:
